Key Responsibilities

Monitor diverse claim submission sources- including APIs, email inboxes,  IVR/call center logs, and online portals, to identify new claim submissions and ensure no claim is overlooked.

Convert all incoming data, structured or unstructured, into a standardized format (e.g., JSON) for seamless integration into the claims management system. No loss details, no messy data.

Log crucial metadata like source, timestamp, and attachments, creating a comprehensive, time-stamped record for every intake submission.

Generate a unique claim ID to distinctly identify each new claim within the system, establishing a clear and trackable reference point within the system.  No duplicates, no confusion.

Auto-populate the initial claim file with verified intake data, including claimant information, incident details, and policy references, ensuring adjusters have a complete, structured case from the start.

Transfer critical documents, photos, and supporting evidence in the appropriate database or document management system for easy retrieval and compliance-ready recordkeeping.
